WAlert Gizlilik Politikası(Aydınlatma Metni)

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, A.S. Watson Güzellik ve Bakım Ürünleri Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Şirket", "Watsons" veya "biz") tarafından sunulan WAlert mobil uygulamasının kullanımı kapsamında işlenen kişisel verilere ilişkin bilgi vermek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. 1. Uygulama Hakkında

WAlert, çalışanlara mağaza ve operasyon süreçlerine ilişkin bildirimlerin iletilmesi, kullanıcı hesabının doğrulanması, oturum yönetimi ve uygulama işleyişinin güvenli şekilde sürdürülmesi amacıyla kullanılan bir mobil uygulamadır. Uygulama; SMS OTP ile kimlik doğrulama, bildirim yönetimi, güvenli API erişimi, OTA uygulama güncellemeleri ve iOS/Android platformlarında çalışma işlevleriyle ilişkilidir.

2. Topladığımız Kişisel Veriler

WAlert uygulaması kapsamında aşağıdaki veri kategorileri işlenebilir:

1. Telefon numarası – Kullanıcı hesabının doğrulanması ve SMS OTP gönderimi amacıyla işlenir.
2. Cihaz tanımlayıcısı / benzersiz cihaz kimliği (Device GUID) – Cihaz kaydı, oturum yönetimi ve güvenli API erişimi amacıyla işlenir.
3. Anlık bildirim token’ı (push notification token) – Uygulama bildirimlerinin ilgili cihaza iletilmesi amacıyla işlenir.
4. Cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri – İşletim sistemi sürümü, cihaz modeli, uygulama sürümü ve platform bilgileri gibi teknik veriler; uygulamanın uyumluluğunu, güvenliğini ve performansını sağlamak amacıyla işlenir.
5. Oturum bilgileri / kimlik doğrulama verileri (auth token – access/refresh) – Oturumun sürdürülmesi amacıyla kullanılır; bu bilgiler yalnızca cihaz üzerinde güvenli şekilde saklanır.

3. Kişisel Verileri İşleme Amaçlarımız

Kişisel verileriniz aşağıdaki amaçlarla işlenebilir:

1. Kullanıcı hesabının doğrulanması ve güvenli giriş süreçlerinin yürütülmesi,
2. Uygulama üzerinden bildirimlerin gönderilmesi ve yönetilmesi,
3. Cihaz kaydı ve oturum yönetiminin sağlanması,
4. Teknik hata, uyumluluk ve güvenlik kontrollerinin yapılması,
5. Uygulama güncellemelerinin ve operasyonel işleyişin sürdürülmesi,
6. Mevzuattan doğan yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi,
7. Bilgi güvenliği süreçlerinin yürütülmesi.

4. Kişisel Verilerin Paylaşılması

Kişisel verileriniz, hizmetin sunulabilmesi için sınırlı olarak aşağıdaki alıcı grupları ile paylaşılabilir:

1. Watsons backend sunucuları ve IT tedarikçileri – Uygulamanın işletimi, kimlik doğrulama süreçleri ve bildirim yönetimi amacıyla yukarıda belirtilen veri kategorileri bu altyapılar kapsamında işlenebilir.
2. Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) – Android cihazlara bildirim iletimi için push token ve bildirim içeriği paylaşılabilir.
3. Expo Application Services (EAS) – OTA uygulama güncellemeleri ve bildirim altyapısı amacıyla cihaz/uygulama bilgileri ve push token işlenebilir.
4. SMS hizmet sağlayıcısı – OTP / doğrulama kodunun gönderilebilmesi için telefon numarası paylaşılabilir.

Kişisel verileriniz ayrıca, yürürlükteki mevzuat çerçevesinde yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarına veya hukuken yetkili mercilere aktarılabilir.

5. Verilerin Saklanması ve Güvenliği

Kişisel verileriniz; işleme amaçlarının gerektirdiği süre boyunca, ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen saklama yükümlülükleri dikkate alınarak muhafaza edilir. Saklama süresi sona erdiğinde veya işleme amacı ortadan kalktığında, verileriniz ilgili mevzuata uygun şekilde silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hale getirilir.

Şirket, kişisel verilerin güvenliğini sağlamak amacıyla gerekli teknik ve idari tedbirleri uygular.

6. Hukuki Sebepler

Kişisel verileriniz; veri işlemenin bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan doğruya ilgili olması kaydıyla sözleşmenin taraflarına ait kişisel verilerin işlenmesinin gerekli olması ve ilgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla, veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatleri için veri işlenmesinin zorunlu olması hukuki sebeplerine dayalı olarak işlenmektedir.

7. Haklarınız

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu kapsamında aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:

• Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
• İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
• İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
• Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri öğrenme,
• Eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde düzeltilmesini isteme,
• İlgili mevzuat şartları çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
• Düzeltme, silme veya yok etme işlemlerinin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
• Münhasıran otomatik sistemler ile analiz edilmesi nedeniyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
• Kanuna aykırı işlenmesi nedeniyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme.

WAlert Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy has been prepared to provide information regarding the personal data processed within the scope of the use of the WAlert mobile application offered by A.S. Watson Güzellik ve Bakım Ürünleri Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Company", "Watsons" or "we"). The Company’s address is Yamanevler Mah. Siteyolu Cad. 1. About the Application

WAlert is a mobile application used to deliver notifications to employees regarding store and operational processes, verify user accounts, manage sessions, and ensure the secure operation of the application. The application is associated with SMS OTP authentication, notification management, secure API access, OTA application updates, and operation on iOS/Android platforms.

2. Personal Data We Collect

Within the scope of the WAlert application, the following categories of data may be processed:

1. Phone number – processed for user account verification and sending SMS OTPs.
2. Device identifier / unique device ID (Device GUID) – processed for device registration, session management, and secure API access.
3. Push notification token – processed for delivering application notifications to the relevant device.
4. Device and application information – technical data such as operating system version, device model, application version, and platform information are processed to ensure the compatibility, security, and performance of the application.
5. Session/authentication information (auth token – access/refresh) – used to maintain the session; this information is stored securely only on the device.

3. Our Purposes for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

1. Verifying user accounts and conducting secure login processes,
2. Sending and managing notifications through the application,
3. Ensuring device registration and session management,
4. Performing technical error, compatibility, and security checks,
5. Maintaining application updates and operational continuity,
6. Fulfilling obligations arising from legislation,
7. Conducting information security processes.

4. Sharing of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared, on a limited basis, with the following recipient groups for the provision of the service:

1. Watsons backend servers and IT vendors – the above-mentioned categories of data may be processed within this infrastructure for the operation of the application, authentication processes, and notification management.
2. Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) – push token and notification content may be shared for delivering notifications to Android devices.
3. Expo Application Services (EAS) – device/application information and push token may be processed for OTA application updates and notification infrastructure.
4. SMS service provider – phone number may be shared for sending OTP / verification codes.

Your personal data may also be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations or legally authorized authorities in accordance with the applicable legislation.

5. Retention and Security of Data

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purposes, taking into account the retention obligations stipulated under the applicable legislation. When the retention period expires or the purpose of processing ceases to exist, your data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the applicable legislation.

The Company implements the necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of personal data.

6. Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds that the processing of personal data belonging to the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that such processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, and that data processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed,
• To request information if your personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• To learn the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request correction if your personal data is processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• To request deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated under the applicable legislation,
• To request that third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred be notified of any correction, deletion, or destruction,
• To object to the occurrence of a result against you arising from the analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems,
• To request compensation for damages in the event that you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
